don't trust waiting list because we are booking to this train they people are put 36 Waiting list On The Day of journey they People Are Cancelled Our Tickets It's So Bad because we are plan trip with family if they do likes entire plan be will be faild difficult with family members & kids with journey into General Coach we want Remove Option of 3X Refund Policy Kindly

best travel experience, but coach quality can be renewed like Amrit Bharat Express. punctuality & reliability worth it. yet the brake releasing found quite annoying while sleeping

I booked a premium taktal on this train and I got S1 48 side upper berth, but the people in 47 are rac, they are uncomfortable with me sitting down. Am I supposed to sit up on my berth the entire time? Why have I been made to pay for premium tatkal if I don't have my own seat to sit? Even the tte said that this is supposed to be shared. I'm okay at night lying down in my own berth but to be there itself the entire journey when I have an allocated seat. What is this? I'm really uncomfortable with having to share with these people!

It's not clean. Can't sleep due to random jolts and creaks. It's a central government establishment, what more can you expect them to do for South India?
