My Experience on the Sabari SF Express (20629): A Mixed Bag 🚆✨
Just wrapped up a long journey on the Sabari Superfast Express (20629) from Secunderabad to Trivandrum, and it was definitely a mix of both good and bad.
The Good: Cleanliness was on point! Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The coaches were clean, the bedding was fresh, and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job keeping the washbasins and toilets tidy throughout the long run. Huge thumbs up for coach maintenance!
The Bad: The food quality was a total letdown. 👎 The pantry meals lacked freshness, tasted quite bland, and definitely didn't feel worth the price. If you're planning to take this train, I highly recommend packing your own home-cooked meals or using e-catering services to order from outside stations.
Final Verdict: A perfectly comfortable and clean ride, just make sure to bring your own food! 📦🍛

The journey on Sabari Express was just okay. The train was average, but the TT's behavior was disappointing. He was shouting at passengers instead of speaking politely. Railway staff should treat passengers with respect. I hope the service and staff behavior improve.

This app shows hope, takes double payment and refunds us half, in case of ticket cancellation it is called in They say they will give more refund but they don't..

don't book through this i already booked one month ago still not confirmed More money for seat high chance of confirmation neither booked earlier waste please refer alternative train option waste of money

I have booked tickets almost a month back and didn't confirm at the last moment.
planning alternative at the last movement is not possible all the time.
please try to be more transparent in terms of the confirmation and at least give us time to plan for alternatives.

As an RAC ticket, the portal should automatically get updated based on TTE update so that the passenger can see it and go to the respective place and have a comfortable journey
