The quality of the food and the upkeep of the railway coach are far better than they were ten years ago. The restrooms and floors of every train coach are spotless. The maintenance department staff periodically thoroughly cleans and disinfects the floors during the trip. I am grateful for the Southern Railway Department's assistance.

food quality is not good, same menu and this tamilnadu, we dontknow hindi, so try to engage tamil people in the train

the food we received is totally spoilt particularly veg briyani and kichadi. others ok. so pls make sure that good pantry service

All are good services and only. Y concerns and observation
Washroom toilets must be western toilets required because of the our parents and more older ages also some humans have foot problems can't be lower to sit using of toilet very difficult
Because am as well suffer many times
Better to my request for all human beings if could replace much appreciated

some north induan without ticket sat next to me seat 2. I was suspicious and asked him for his seat number and he quietly got up and left .I called the TT and he helped me

cleanliness in the train is not upto the mark. particularly the toilets and food is verys average not recommended to go without food option

The staffs should be able to speak the regional language to understand all. Not everyone could speak English or Hindi so...
Then the morning snack/tea should be explained that it is payable...

Previous train No 12270 Duronto express has been delayed by 3 hrs reached at MGR Chennai Central due to I haven't caught my train of Pandian express worst service of railway department
