During my journey, I observed that the toilets were not cleaned, leading to an unpleasant experience for passengers.
Given the importance of cleanliness, especially in AC compartments, I kindly request immediate action to ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of the toilets throughout the journey. Improving this aspect would greatly enhance the comfort and hygiene standards for passengers.
