Everything is ok. Direct coffee and tea can be given. Also, you can change the snacks item's daily. It would be great if you could arrange a Vande Bharat to Chennai via Osurilirundu Bangalore

train quality cleaning and maintaining is very worst day by day, no authority no governance, we have very great with our excellency prime minister Modi sir, but this poor maintenance of this train all people will blame government only. this is absolutely a disaster when the dedicated officers is not functioning properly with their assigned duties it's a fullest blame going to government only.
take necessary action in train number 20608 vande Bharat SBC-MAS in bogi C1 the rest room door is highly tightened, even good health body builder can't open easily. also toilet manintenanace very very worst the utter most poor management by the House keeper, no one bothered at all. even TTR other railway officers coming and going no one looked of this issie

excellent journey. so comfortable. only thing, it was mentioned no food option and the facility was not available for this train. mys- chennai both ways. But food was on board and I couldn't book it rating NA.food likely very good

train was delayed by 3hours...I cancelled the ticket... railway is not in favour of passengers, no service only money making, worst experience

5 hrs late , horrible journey ever I had in this vande Bharat train with my 90yrs old mother, she was terribly disgusted sitting for more than 9 hrs .

The Food Maintenance is very worst.
They were so rude, while booking the tickets I didn't get the option to select Food, I asked them inside the train to provide food, they asked me 220/- per meal when I asked for the bill they where behaving so rude.

Very poor food quality it's dropped beyond imagination. Curd rice with chicken curry is bad. And chicken curry was like Rasam

Atrocious and inedible food. Products if u known quality and ingredients. I would not touch the packaged stuff after reading the lable. such foods should not be purchased by a PSU.

Food Quality needs to be better,additional like Bread Butter or Sandwich such items need to be provided . Coach Attendant is selling the items by taking cash, how is this amount getting adjusted without bill

option for no cancellation charges is cheating. my train timeing of vande Bharat was 2.55 PM and I had booked in hurry my ticket in the way to station and you had charged this fees. which is cheating. once I had not selected this but lator again you asking for this is total confusion.hence refund this amount otherwise I am not going to book through this app.

while booking I was asked for food but got only samosa and coffee I am not satisfied train starts in afternoon please make sure give some light food not samosa around 3: 30pm

Train travel was good. The train is kept very clean. More availability of food for purchase is required. At least hot coffee should be served instead of instant masala chai.
