non veg breakfast was totally inadequate compared to the many items in vegetarian breakfast. very disappointed about non veg breakfast which had just an omelette and a veg sandwich; no hot food.

Punctuality - While the train reached and left on time, the duration of the halt in Bangalore was barely 5-10 min. It gets difficult for all passengers to board in such a short duration of time, especially when there are senior citizens. This short duration can also lead to chaos between passengers during boarding. Food - The snacks contained a lot of sugary items and could be replaced with healthier alternatives at the same cost.

seats width are less in chair car coaches. nowadays people are slightly broader in our country. the arm rest and seat can be improved

while booking the ticket I was not informed regarding breakfast option, so i was *forced*to pay Rs. 20.00 for tea n unibic oats biscuits (2s pack) and Rs. 100.00 for one medu vada and pongal. Food was *Ice cold*

they should provide hand sanitizer. even u can provide some healthy snacks instead of package chips and mixture

doors were closing even as passengers were boarding the train. many handbags were about get stuck. so we're some passengers

G T late hone se hum vandebharat main yatrra nahi kar sake iska jababdar koun hai hamara paisa bhi nahi mila or hame doosri train ka ticket lena pada conecting train 1.2 ghante ka gape hone ke baad bhi railway ke adhikari or mantriji bade daave karte hai railway ka ye haal bina kisi paresani ki train late chalti hai

there was a guy who was serving in C7 who was sarcastic, impolite, and refused to speak in English or Kannada (which happens to be the state the route is on). He was being rude to an old woman sitting in front of me. Someone complained, and he came out barging saying ₹5000 has been penalised on him and was blaming us for it and created a scene. this is so ridiculous.

Confimtkt service and refund charges were very high. So the Customer will try for IRCTC instead of your App.

Flight like experience. A must try trip. Increasing the speed upto 150/160 would reduce the total travel time upto 3.5 hrs.

LED Display outside should have coach nos mentioned only when entering platform instead of train no circulating.everyone were searching for mobile charging point which was beneath the seat. an announcement of facilities available in train can be done.

travelling bwas similar to HST of Shanghai will be more enjoyable if atleast it can reach 1 hour earlier to shatabdi.
