Food quality was average but the food distributors always used to ask for tips before leaving the train this is not understood yes if anything extra we asked them we have to pay it can be understood but those who dint asked for anything extra from them also they used to ask for tips....... so sad

The main cleaning is not good, and the overall neatness is very poor.
The food quality is also not satisfactory. The food needs to be prepared and served properly.
The cleaning of the train is not being done properly. The toilets and other areas need better cleaning and maintenance.
The timing is also very poor. The staff should follow the proper timings and complete all work on time.
Overall, cleaning, food quality, neatness, timing, and maintenance need immediate improvement.

they don't value the time of passengers not punctual of time I came today after the 4 hour late of my exact time all the plain i had made because of late time I had to cancel all these so bad experience

Railway authority must change some policy like after paying Rs.4700-Rs.5000 if a passenger have to share his/her seat with other co-passenger on train then I think , passenger must to choose to travel on flight by paying little more. I paid Rs.4700 on RAC Ticket 🎫 and now I have to share my seat with someone whom I don't know personally.

first train reached Delhi at 6 instead of 2, food was super bad and got food poisoning. train lyk rajdhani was best in 2010 till 2014, now everything is worst in this train. I pay such big amount and no services provided nowadays in premium trains this is insane. really govt need to look after the services provided in premium trains. it getting worst day by day

Broken stuff, dirty toilets and bedding, no cleaner available while asking multiple time.
Food pathetic , smelly , in same train from delhi to patna there was air freshner but no air freshner in this ..

My name is Thakur Datt Joshi and I stay outside the country. My friends told me Rajdhani express is one of the premium services of the Indian railway. but I am very surprised that hygiene quality is very poor. I have travelled from NJP to New Delhi. during this long period I could not dare to go to the washroom because all were blocked. Sorry to say I will never travel on the Indian railway. I hope management will look forward accordingly

very bad taste of food and trAin is very dirty...staff is also rude...
linen, bedding given without towel and pillow cover and bedsheet are looking dirty...wash room are least maintained and dirty Authy are not interested in this train it's feel like that

Worst ever feeling traveling in Rajdhani. AC was not working at all. Coach was not cleaned once in the entire journey. Water was not available. It was just for saying traveling in Rajdhani. Total money loss.

Ye train Rajdhani jaisi lag hi nhi rhi thi,i was travelling in ladies quota jisme 6 seats in total women ke liye hi the,but usmein gents bhi the,,aur koi bhi board kr ja rhe hai,,,kuchh log Bareilly se train mai aaye jinhe muradabad jana tha,,aur wo hamari seat pr aakr baith gye....it was a very bad experience of Rajdhani train...very disappointing

I had ordered for non veg meal but after more than an hour it was not provided and finally I had to take veg plate. The vegetable was not at all tasty as it was too sweet in taste and I was unable to swallow it.
