Food was provided to only a few special people in the train. The bathrooms of coach B2 remained blocked throughout the journey. All the rest of the people had a lot of difficulty in travelling, this time the journey of train 20494 was very poor.

Today I'm travelling for long route but AC is not working properly. I am repeatedly complaining about the air conditioner but repeatedly the air conditioner does not work. I will tell this much to the railway department, please we spend the money, please understand our problem.
