I am travelling with a confirmed RAC ticket, but there is excessive crowding in the coach. Two passengers are sharing the same RAC seat, and a child is also travelling with us. Due to the heavy crowd, we are facing severe inconvenience and are unable to use the washroom properly because passengers are blocking the passage. We are unable to move freely and are facing difficulty throughout the journey.

my money was deducted for food, but i didn't receive the order. It was showing out of delivery even after the station was gone and suddenly it showed order delivered and i never got the food.

एस 1 कोच में टीसी के द्वारा हमारी सीट को ब्लैक में बेचा गया और हमारी टिकट कैंसिल हो गई एसा हमें बताया गया या पेसे की डिमांड की पेसे ना देने पर हमें जेनरल कोच में भेजा गया टीसी पर कार्यवाही हो🙏🏻🙏🏻

train mein M1 ke attendent passenger ka dhyan nahin rakhte hai. pahle garm ac chalaya fir 12 pm ke baad thanda AC chala diya or night mein bhi thanda AC chalaya hai. band karne ko bola to bole ki ese hi chalega.
ab kaha ki complaint kar denge to bole ki koi humara kuch nahin kar sakta hai.

ट्रेन में सिर्फ कैश ऑन डिलीवरी सिस्टम ही है खाना ऑर्डर करने पर जबकि यूपीआई का ऑप्शन भी बताया जाता है फिर कस्टमर केयर को कॉल करो तो उसका जवाब नहीं आता व्हाट्सअप मैसेज करो ऑर्डर कैंसिल करने के लिए तो उसे जवाब समझ नहीं आता. क्या बकवास है।

थर्ड एसी का टिकट बुक किया था सपरिवार भोपाल से छिंदवाड़ा के लिये पातालकोट एक्सप्रेस इटारसी के पहले आउटर पर ट्रेन की रफ्तार कम होने पर दो-तीन लड़के एसी कोच में चढ़ गए मेरी साली साहिबा का पर चोरी किया और चले गए मोबाइल ज्वेलरी सहित 2 लाख का चूना लग गया 139 रेलवे पुलिस सब की तरफ से बड़ा ठंडा रिस्पांस मिला ।

Train quality is best but train main dusre log seat pr bhaithe hue the bina ticket tt bhi aakaar geya dekh liya par kuch nhi bola ise par Indian railway ko dhyan dena chahiye sleeper choch ko jeneral choch bna kr rakha hain

यह ट्रेन सेफ नहीं है क्योंकि जब यह हरियाणा में इंटर करती है तो सब स्लीपर कोच में बैठ जाते हैं हरियाणा वाले लोग कोई किसी के नहीं सुनता ना इसमें कोई पुलिस की ड्यूटी है ना कोई पूछता है उठा देते हैं चाहे बुकिंग हो किसी ने करवा रखी हो चाहे बच्चे हो इसलिए सही नहीं है
