The train was absolutely pathetic. I had booked a 2-tier AC ticket, but the AC wasn't working and wasn't providing any cooling at all. I complained 2 to 3 times, but received no response. If this is a 2-tier AC coach, what is even the need for a fan here? As for the washroom, it is worse than the ones in local trains.
