worst is , no proper bogie information. need to display digital bogie information on station, so as passangers with heavy luggage, old people, children, làdies may get rid of inconvenience ..

i travel every month to Goa n i prefer to travel by janshatabdi as it's mostly punctuality.
janshatabdi is the best.
but this time there was a big rat roaming in my compartment D8 also there were cockroach going on the seat.
it was not at all hygienic.
The rest trip was good the TC also were polite and caring.

good experience very clean but maintainance is needed for the toilets looks very bad also pl do look out for aged passengers seating as my father who is 85 was given an upper birth though I booked my tickets well inbadvance

bathrooms are in pathetic conditions. in some toilets, shortage of water. the TC fined a large family where two extra ladies slept on the floor in M1 compartment. 4--8 berth.

Ghatiya App Hai. Already IRCTC pe Ticket Waiting Hai. Since This App Allowing Ticket To Book which never getting to book as confirmed. they just wanted to draw Money from fool people wallet using this app. this app should be banned from allowing ticket booking.

I booked 2 tickets by your confirm tickets apps from Thane to Kudal and return to Thane. but both time I got single seat in RAC, thus our travel is both time uncomfortable. So why we are using your app for confirm ticket where getting only single seat for two persons.

Again even in this train there were cockroaches and they did bit me while sleeping. Horrible experience. First improve train Quality and cleanliness then redesign stations which I saw had happened in last 1 year.

Not given preferred birth while booking the tickets given the details steel not given.
no pest control in the birth there are 🪳 in the washroom and in birth.

very bad the train started from sawantwadi with giving any notice to passengers who had to spend from their own pocket to reach sawantwadi and then to make things worse thevtrain terminates at thane. just think about senior citizens who had to travel everywhere to take the train, climb the stairs take the local train climb again and reach home.

Good but some passengers are seat in and sleeping in footwear side and between 6 seat footwear side this very badly to walk if you need washroom at the time this very big issue for every sleeper passenger for please take this high alert to not allow waiting list ticket passenger in same train

Indian railway need to improve Sleeper class only reservation people to entre in train in sleeper class people sliping on passage area between seat
need to improve frequency on this route
