This train is 3rd class other people who don't have tickets are also travelling in Reservation coach also TC is not coming to check tickets, train was so dirty due to overcrowded and it was running very late almost 3hours late .next time I will never travel from this train .👎👎

The toilets are bad and there was no water in them. In the remaining toilets, the stock of water bottles of the water seller in the railways was kept till Kalyan station. When the railway employees do this, then what will the passengers like?

Your Travel Guranty policy was not good 2 time i booked train but your GUARANTEED 2x retur we couldn't incase I last 2k because of this i can't Traveller regularly

Train is ok. I had booked 2AC. I was given bed linen but no napkin, whereas it was mentioned on the linen package, I had to ask for the same. I had got a lower berth. The window glass was dirty. I requested the house keepers for cleaning the glass for a clear good view, but it was not done. There was no handwash liquid in the toilet although there was a dispenser. The hand Toilet spray was also not working. The door of the coach was broken and not maintained. Also there were no contact numbers in the coach for housekeeping. I had to lookout for the janitors to clean the window, which was not done.

pahale jate the tab toilet me Pani nahi aata Tha. o yaad dila diya ,rac hone per bhi ek kambal nahi diya.pura raat thand pareshan , lalu Wali train ki yaad aa gayi , overloaded train thi bhai mat safer karna is train se.

train was over crowded, people who are traveling on waiting ticket they were drunk even the railway pantry staff was drunk. cleanes was not in the train.

in AC coach also on one seat there are 3 persons , one with confirm tickets and other are wait list. very bad reservation conditions. the train authority should give wait list tickets to those only which can get confirmed.

5 hours train let... very bad service by railways... तुम्हाला दुसऱ्यांच्या वेळेचे काहीच महत्व नाही आहे ट्रेन तब्बल 5 तास लेट धावत होती... सुपर फास्ट सांगून प्रत्येक स्टेशन ला साईडींग ला लावून बाकी ट्रेन पुढे सोडत होते... खूप घाणेरडी सर्व्हिस आणी ट्रेन मधील शौचालय ची तर अवस्थाच खूप खराब होती...
