Worst Travelling. Lost My Sister Baby Yadav Handbag which includes 3 mobiles and 7-8 thousand Cash & Medicines. The incident happened around 2.45 am on 06/04/2026 when train halt almost 30mins. It happened between Govindpuri & Kanpur Central outer. I have called Helpline number 139 and reported these incidents.

My ticket was cancelled.They are saying that ₹60 will be deducted as a refund fee, but they are actually deducting ₹93.I am not satisfied with this at all.And I am unable to file a complaint anywhere, either.
