Excellent ticket examiner Ms Meena madam , her counselling pattern was very appriciable and her dedication towards duty is really inspirable and remarkable , i never observe such type of govt employee services inside the coach , she checked each and every passenger and requested to show original ID , also helped many passengers to download ID cards from Digilocker .

Irrespective of distance, each customer who's travelling in Vande Bharat must be provided meals..
I was only provided Breakfast but not lunch..

Very disappointed with the overall experience. The train was not clean, there were frequent delays, and the food quality was poor. Expected better service from Vande Bharat.
