The Railways treated me unfairly; I was charged the full fare for a seat, yet I was provided with only half a seat. Either provide the full seat or don't provide one at all. Consequently, I am completing my journey via an alternative route; this situation is not right.

train quality is not good. condition of washroom in the train very bad. condition of water and cleaness is bad. it is my 9-10 times journey in this train. improve washroom and handwash tup.
