monotonous food menu and preparations (with high-oil content): be it Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Vande Mataram, or food stalls at platforms all around N and W. India(except different zones of Southern Railway, where its remarkably better than their Northern and Western Rly stations counterparts), though subatantially improved, still leaves a lot to be desired!
Please don't mind blunt, and somewhat harsh comments coming straight from my heart as I take great pride in present Railway Minister and present Governments herculean efforts in improving the Indian Railways in all respects despite all the bureaucratic as well as numerous hiccups and hurdles all around, and wish it (IR) to be the numerous uno in the World!

Even on this day, cockroaches were wondering here n there in the coach.Even from the Ist station it started late on almost every station till jaipur..it reached jaipur by 35 minute..

very bad quality of food, I order and eat thali of Rs. 120 and my stomach pain start after 2 hour and I become fever till evening. please improve quality of food

Train toilets were not cleaned and the cause of that coach was stinking. But the train was on time. and the food was also average

Rain water flooded in the train Train Captain Mr Meena from Gwalior to Agra &another Mr SR Meena fr Agra to Jaipur both were useless &hopeless.A big disappointment to Indian Railways.
