During the journey in 19623 Amrit Bharat Express, it was noticed that IRCTC was selling local bottled water instead of Rail Neer. The concerning part is that Rail Neer is officially priced at ₹15, while passengers are being charged ₹20 for a local brand bottle. Passengers deserve safe and certified drinking water at fair prices. Indian Railways and IRCTC should look into this issue and ensure transparency, proper pricing, and quality service for travelers.
