Needs lot improvement. Cleaniness is a major issue. Bedroll and the curtains were smelling. Toilets doors are not properly functioning.

I booked tickets in 3E 15 days before departure but my seat is not confirmed, they provide me a RAC seat it's horrible,my journey is about 52 hours and I'm very upset

Two and three booked tickets with me then they got confirmed but I did with this one but mine was not confirmed then what can I tell you and your service is so firm and bad.If necessary, if you stop it, I will complain to IRCTC Hello, I have ticketed you two or three times before and got the same problem. So you tell me what to say now, I am giving you zero stars and don't put people in such danger

The toilet of train is soo much dirty and there is also toilet soap not available in toilet for washing hands in 3rd A.C. coach this is very worst and there is also no water coming from the tap i.e. means shortage of water in 3rd A.C. coach.
