Good morning sir, late AC started at 11.05a.m.at yesterday, water supply and bathroom cleaning is not properly, food is good as per rate. Train speed very slow, so please improve the problems for passanger s. Thanks, B3(AC3T).

No food pantry but unscrupulous order boys charging heftily, supplying cold food, unordered chicken curry, no chapattis and watery daal.
