inside the train cleaniness was very very bad..Toilet was full with overflowing toilet water...very unhygienic toilet...in sink No water...during our journey time No one came for cleaning.....Very very very unhygienic....worst in cleaniness...

3rd ac coach ac adjustable option avalable in this train. its very wonderful. but the staffs not cleared pillows and bedsheets of previous customers its vere bad. sleeper ticket passengers boarded in ac coach and TTR ask extra amount for the seat but they avoid it and sit on the ac coach. thats very bad.

As far as the train is concerned about the 19578 ... The speed of the train, Service, and food is quite comfortable and appreciable ... We visited for the 4th time but this train has reached in time otherwise it is generally reached late by 2 hours...

I took this train from Alappuzha (Kerala).
Toilets was horrible to think and to mention, I omitted while entered into it.🤮🤮🙏🙏🙏
I know this train from Jamnagar, long distance travel, these trains passing through several junctions, atleast can clean the toilet at Mangalore station.
please, inform to this head of dept. think about the people in train how they manage it. atleast think about the persons who wash it at its last stop. they are also human.
no photos, bcz we can't we stand near to that door.

so bad experience. i booked sleeper class ticket. but in the sleeper coch so many unreserved passengers are sitting. hevy rush in the sleeper coch. very bad

I didn't catch this train because I booked online ticket with boarding time 18.10 but the same train is 14.40 at trivandrum railway station. The railway department not update this train details. I lost nearly Rs.300/-

Very worst experience in my train traveling...
There is no water in toilet...
No dustbin in the train...
Washbasin is too bad...
Punctuality not good...

No pantary service for such long distance train.Their was no charging points.Old boggies fans are so dirty.But train punctuality is good as it reach before time in Surat but one late to destination though.

this is the worst train.. puntuality nil.. i travelled many time in this trail, still now its always late by 3 to 4 hours from goa..

There is no charging point in compartment S1 seats and the which we have near to toilet its not working also there is lots of rats running, cockroaches and lizards cant sit on seat at day time and at night cant sleep too and very very dirty the toilets
