Disturbed from cold due to AC leakage in the train, wash basins were small so water was splashing out, all station water quality was also bad, food was very bad and low quality.

rainy water come to inside of train, ticket price is very high but service is very very bad. Toilet closet cover damaged and water not proper come in tap.

19577/19578 Jamnagar ten express.. worthy of punctuality the timings are superb. The problem is the cleanliness in train. Old boggies, Damaged toilets, shortage of water in urinals etc makes this train infamous. Being a pantry in the trains Food quality can be improved and rotated as many times with tea and snacks. Only lunch, dinner and tea is provided. Ac coaches are good and maintained then why not sleeper class?

useless,the old model 2A coaches...unclean toilets, 2012 curtains, creeking coaches, unclean linens
definitely, we expect much better after paying high charges for a 2A berth

The train was late beyond our tolerance. 8 hours late. Again the A-1 coach attendent was not available to clean the earlier used sheets and when he came to give fresh ones after long, we had requested him many times then he came, he did not collect used ones. There was someone smoking but no one asked them to stop. No cleanliness at all. Worst night ever. Even TC didn't come to check our ticket.

Dear railway authorities kindly make sure that the facilities you providing is appropriate for your passengers.I am traveling on train no.19577 from kayamkulam to vadodara PNR 4716855139 dated 17/09/2019 on 2nd AC. In this bogey the temperature might be not less than 32deg C and the toilets are found uncleared even from the starting point, it is too dirty. Definitely there is no super vision and control on it, this is very much shameful for the nation, railway facility is utilizing many nationalities other than nationals, pls we need an immediate action. Looking forward for your kind attention.

very poor, without knowing train route divert.
we are supposed yo reached surat by 6hr from panvel but we will reach 18hrs
i don't understand wht railway minister think tht people who travel in train they are free or wht.

ticket will conform... But train boggi S-8 is very poor condition.. window are brake no locking... charging point brake.. overall boggi is very poor condition.

Dep.vasi 4.20pm surat 9.20, only one stop at vasi,5hrs, holding the train for 2 hrs in intermediate stns.actuly this distance can be covered in 3 hrs. No logic in stopping in unsheduled stn.

saali 2 ghante late train ...kyo kya patri bichhani padti hai kya train k aage kisi ko tab chalti hai ... bachcho ko buzurgo ko kitni pareshani hoti hai 3rd class indian railway
