Train is good but Sleeper class is like General class...1 Sleeper coach in 72 Seat..and fill 250 people... please look into this..

The condition of train was worse . Sellers were overcharging for food . There was no cleanliness in the whole train . And moreover the Tc , after taking the bribe allowed the passengers with the general ticket to enter into sleeper converting the train into a total chaos

Tea and Coffee vendors were not providing the full cup quantity for a payment of Rs. 20/- Per Cup. it seems they are not Authorised Vendors.

I did not receive service due to not confirmed my ticket, you charges extra from tickets for cod confirm ticket and that did not happen, at the end you automatically canceled my ticket and took charge over it, I didn't receive your railway service than why I had to pay charges!!

बकवास 15 दिन पहले का टिकट बुक होने के बावजूद भी वेटिंग क्लीयर नही हुई। लास्ट मूवमेंट पर msg कैंसिल का यात्री कहा भटकते रहे।

Not proper arrangement, in Day time passengers opened middle birth & they objected to sit upper berth passengers to sit on lower berth in Day time. Complaint lodged but no result.

so bad.. my ticket missing any place in between Jaipur & Falna ... am sitting on a ghazibad.. before the Jaipur TT was check my ticket 2 time after miss my ticket TT take 4000 Rs.. it's too wrong.. I have also pnr & Ticket no & pic on this ticket...

Lesser frequency of vendors, considering the summer heat onboard vendors must increase their frequency of selling drinking water atleast. I saw only one or two catering boys running in the whole train making it longer to wait for turn to get water bottles.
