very dirty train bathroom, were very dirty n flooded water no ac cooling all wee very angry very bad condition.

Mostly the train was on time. However the maintenance of washrooms was below average. I have to make a call to get the washroom clean. Further there was a foul smell in the cabin (suspected dead rat) for which I have complained many times but nobody attended that except spraying of room freshener which lasts only 10-15 min.

cleaning of toilet and wash shawer's handel in broken condition was not replaced even complaint was made on 139 at 12.32pm

ट्रेन बहुत ही बढ़िया थी साफ-सफाई भी अच्छे थे बस मेरे साथ एक ड्रेस चेंजर ने बैठने के लिए झगड़ा कर लिया लेकिन जब मैंने रेल मदद में इसकी शिकायत की तो मुझे 15 मिनट के अंदर सहायता मिल गई और मैंने अपना यात्रा बहुत आरामदायक किया स्लीपर क्लास में धन्यवाद रेल मदद

train is running so late couldn't resist to give this rating..very bad...waiting at station in this climate is beyond my explanation. cursing myself for booking this train today...good luck for the rest of the fellow passengers.

General boogie was connected with 2nd AC. All people of General boogie were using toilet of 2nd AC. Toilets were very dirty. No proper cleaning of toilet was there
