No pantry, Arakkonam confusing passengers no prior announcement which platform train will come. Train entered in platform no 1 and then announcement happens should be rectifier
lack of cleanliness specially toilets, water leakage, third class quality fittings of tap etc. This is my return trip. On my up trip on 09.03.2019 by this train no.19420 same problem plus no one came for cleaning the floors during journey Surat to Chennai. PNR no.8500379013.

It was worst expreince for toilet. No one visited for inspection about toilet cleaninning. More attempt are require to maintain cleanness.
Overall very good experience. Coaches are brand new and cleaning was being done on regular interval. Coach attendant was very polite and professional. Nice to see such improvements by Indian Railway. Just one request to passangers to keep these trains clean as well 🚊👍🏻

there is no pantry car , due to technical faults train running late, except all good train

everytime I m booking advance booking but everytime I m not getting birth together even we are family I m not happy at all.
Didnt take food. Train is punctual and little but clean.. Need more contribution to keep clean train, please attach at least 1 dustbin in every sleeper couch
