first of all I have not got my seat confirmed I travel general ticket after buying general ticket train too late toomany passengers there, slow train moreover I opt full amount refund which I got sms for deduction Rs 250 for nothing when my waiting list were 3 day before yesterday I want full refund of Rs.800 today or give me explanation

स्लीपर क्लास की हालत अब तो जनरल से भी बेकार हो गई है लोग जनरल का टिकट लेकर स्लीपर क्लास में मनमाने तरीके से सफर करते ही है और जिन लोगो ने स्लीपर का टिकट आरामदायक यात्रा करने के लिए लेते ही वे अपनी ही सीट पर भी सुकून से यात्रा नही कर पाते

Cleanliness is so good, but TT don't care about non reserved passenger and also say to sit on seats after getting rupees from him

The linen was dirty. Even the second set of bed sheets given was dirty. The coach attender refused to give the complaint book. The AC of the train should be started at least 30mins before the train is placed on the starting platform so that it becomes relatively cool when passengers board the train. it took about 45 mins for the AC coach to cool down as the AC was switched on after the train was placed on the starting platform
