I was board from lucknow and train is 2 hour delayed.. I was travelled in first ac, attendant was good but when you ask for bedsheets he gave, otherwise on our respective seats used bedsheets were there... Overall nice experience

One of the worst Experiences I've ever had in new regime of Modi Govt.,Most of the trains running late, this train came late by 1 hour at Lucknow & now it is running late by 2.20 hours, most of the Wash Basins of Bathrooms & Bogie are choked with Gutkas & Dirt, OBHS people just visit to get signed, no railway TTE or Staff visits to tell our Problems, now the time is 3.50 am. Gallery of Bogie is jammed due to Waitng list & non reserved passengers
