Train punctuality is very poor. Train takes 3 hours from Malihabad to lucknow which is only 25 km.

I travelled in ac 3 tier coach, upper seat. I must say, design of the coach is ridiculously irritating. You can not sit on upper seat as your head will hit to ceiling of the train. Also the width of the Upper seat is much smaller than the side upper seat of the same coach. Food quality is unexpectedly good keeping in mind the price. About cleanliness, funny thing I noticed is Travellers are throwing the garbage in the dustbin attached to the coach so that tracks will remain clean but cleaning staff of the train came and emptied the dustbin onto the tracks.

train quality is very bad and train come at rajkot stain delay by 45 minutes late toilet conditions is very poor. you cont go for toilet. Kindly improved the quality and punctuality of the trains.

getting most difficulty to inter in train. sleeper class look like general. please make necessary arrangements so that only confirm and rac passengers should board in trains going to Bihar. trains passing through Bihar are overloaded. please do something

Showing in PNR status as confirm but at the time of my journey their were no seats were available. As a result a lot of difficulty faced by my all family on 12 may 2017
