There was no cleanliness in toilets of this train. Toilets were filthy and logged. Train was nearly 3 hours late then scheduled time. Also there was no pantry in this train and food order from station were ill hygiene and worst that could be served to humans.

Hopeless train. Never ever travel by this train. Never on time and never in good condition. please avoid this train. Better to go via Delhi and to Katra, if you want to go to Vaishnodevi.

hi confirm ticket when i was booking my ticket through my credit card two time my balance is deducted but ur wallet show just one time rs 1395 is deducted through my hdfc bank credit card please resend my money as soon as possible.
