there was no water available both in the commode and wash basin i had lodged a complaint immediately om line on icrtc ,no response throughout the journey.
Also as the seats were near the bathrooms without water the journey was hell

train was late, not clean.
Genral passangers are sleeping in Sleeper coach. after asking many time they give us our space,
we buy sleeper tickets but we are come with sitting. who has not sleeper class ticket they are with us. how ridiculous.

very bad experience in 3rd AC
waiting list ticket people were
sitting near to the door I can't even walk properly to the washroom
I am again traveling in this train let's see what will happen

very horrible experience. TTE is only for his checking duty only at the boarding station and no other responsibilities of passenger or the coach. No safety and security. only God can save the Indian Railways

ટિકિટ દર પ્રમાણે કોઈ એવી સુવિધા નથી જેની ઉલ્લેખ કરવો પડે. સીઝન ની પિક ઉપર વેરાવળ સોમનાથ થી કોલકાતા ટ્રેન ઉપલબ્ધ કરો, તેમ કરતા માત્ર મુસાફર ને જ નહીં રેલ્વે બોર્ડ ને પણ મબલખ ફાયદો થશે. સોમનાથ ના પ્રવાસે વાર્ષિક અનુમાન હિસાબે પશ્ચિમ બંગાળના હજારો માણસો આવતા હોય છે જેઓ લિંક કટ ટ્રેન મારફતે પહોંચવું પડે છે. અને વેરાવળ થી કહો કે ઓખા થી બંને ટ્રેન ફુલ પેક જ રહેવાના છે એટલી હદે ટ્રાફિક હોય આ ટ્રેનો માં કવિગુરુ એક્સપ્રેસ, ઓખા પોરબંદર એક્સપ્રેસ, જેવા ટ્રેનો ક્યારેય ખાલી નથી રહેતી.
વેરાવળ ગીર સોમનાથ જિલ્લાના તમામ જનતા ને સરળ થશે કોડીનાર, ઊના, દીવ,જાફરાબાદ,કેશોદ,જૂનાગઢ,માંગરોળ તાલાલા જેવા શહેરો ના મુસાફરો ને સીધી એક ટ્રેન મળે તો પશ્ચિમ બંગાળ પહોંચી શકે તેમજ બંગાળ ના શોખીન અને ધાર્મિક પેસેન્જર 12રે માસ મળી રહે.

in early morning from 3am some passenger shouts lights on in night till 12am they shouting rules regulations must be there in night 10pm sleep in train coaches in seats till 6am to wake up thanks

I completely missed the train because the name and number plate haven't been changed when train arrived at viramgam and with this confusion I along with my family completely missed the train.

BED SHEETS WERE USED THOUGH PROPERLY PACKED AS IF RECEIVED FROM LAUNDRY.
WHY THERE IS NO AUDIT ?
HENCEFORTH PLEASE ENSURE CLEAN WASHED BED SHEETS.
ALSO PILLOW ARE OVERUSED AND VERY SMALL AND LACK OF COTTON TO KEEP OUR BIG HEAD.
KINDLY CHANGE THE QUALITY OF PILLOWS.

train coaches are very old charging wants are not in working condition and Windows are not cleaned time to time they are very dirty and we cannot put our hand cannot is not come to the passenger for asking any remarks

Booked ticket 2 months before and got RAC...tickets got confirmed one day before but after chart preparation my tickets were degraded to sleeper.....this is pathetic.....paying money for third AC but got tickets in sleeper

so far was good journy. train run on time. reached safely on time what else you expect in 450 INR. Railway is getting improve for sure. staff and tc was helpful too
