At Ashoknagar railway station no one guided us where the 3AC coach was.So in a 2min.halt of the train how can you judge where your coach will come?My wife & myself ran for 2 min.& the train started.

I want please run all train in punctually. Because my train booking amount add before 4 months. After 4 months I am traveling time late . Why ?
