Hygiene condition of the Bathroom were pathetic..Water was not available in one site of the coach bathroom.. I have seen the era of Shri.Suresh prabhu when main focus was on Train punctuality & basis hygiene..So now a days I m quite disappointed.

bedsheets set given was not clean. I have argue with attender he said all the same. leinins with foot mark on it , toilet was not clean. all I can say poor service facility

Train late by 12 hr almost from the on time. I lost money and time NO updates I got from your side finally I Told the station enquiry they suggest to choose another train then I take local ticket... your waste not given any support waste money and time

This train are always coming late vapi station..from dodhi to vapi nd vapi to allahabad nd normal 6 to 7 hrs late .nd taking more time to reach..

Worst tarin. Its 12 hours late to reach Agra to Munbai. Shedule time is morning 7.50 but we reachead munbai by night 7 at Bandra

क्लीनिंग नही होता है और खाना भी ठीक है और ट्रेन का टाइम टेबल ठीक नही है क्योंकि 5 टू 6 घंटे तक लेट चलती है और टाइम बहुत ज्यादा समय लगता है
