There is no cleanliness, no use of having reservations because even unreserved people are also traveling in reservation compartment. Food is very bad.

Very nice app, very simple to use . One suggestion from my side ..in metro city like Mumbai some time gets difficulty to find out actual platform, for example at Dadar station there are three lines one westen line second east line and third one is local trains..
. for new entrants like me gets difficulty to reach out at actual platform..here I think need to find out solutions in terms of navigation. If I want to search navigation by searching option by train no then I could have to be guided by app to reach out at actual platform...this is very common problem

When it comes to cleanliness of the toilets it is a zero i will give
They were talking abt dustbin but no dustbin present inside. The beggers and common genders torchure inside. Also drinking water is not the rail neer, another brand sold which costs 20 rupees. Tea costs 10rupees
