Disturbed from cold due to AC leakage in the train, wash basins were small so water was splashing out, all station water quality was also bad, food was very bad and low quality.

the quality of coach and food is worst..I booked the 2nd AC but the coach was very dirty..there was many mosquito and the linen was in the seats smelly dirty. overall I had. worst experience.

Ac coach is not having water,very dirty even after telling to staff and on app.
identified local seller in Ac coach and improper management of water no. Of times.
lots of rats and coackroch were seen in the A.C. coach.
train is always late to stoppage.

Reserved compartment S1 become general compartment. Ticket checker them selves encourage by accepting money. No control over corruption. Horrible experience for senior citizens.

The train stopped for 2 hrs midway due to an engine issue. Even this can be understood but the toilets were too unhygienic comparatively Chennai Mumbai express train (12164) was very better. How should the AC compartments be maintained can be learned from them.

Dont know ...Train etna late krti...aaj toh 3.30 hrs late....mujhe ye smjh ni aata jb SL mai train ticket book hoti hai toh waki without ticket ya general vo kyu aa jate ....bs door k pass ya coach k 1st door ya 2nd door mai khde ho jayenge...aaj toh bahut bekar journey rhi...

train bahot hi gandi thi... subha kisi bhi toilet me paani nhi aa rha tha loog bottle le kr toilet ja rhe they... na koi safayi wala aaya ratlam stn. pr Pani aaya toilet me...

toliet is very bad condition chokup due to bad smell at present all time family can't stay and sleep well also in hole juorney. please do something to reach haridwar our last destination safely and happily.

रिजर्व कोच में बिना रिजर्वेशन वाली सवारियों आ जाती है जिन्हें टी टी नही रोकते।ये बिना रिजर्वेशन की सवारियां रिजर्वेशन वाली सवारियों की सीट पर जबरजस्ती बेठ जाती है जिससे रिजर्वेशन वाली सवारियों को परेशानी होती है। इसे रोका जाना चाहिए

toilet me pani nahi rhta last tak ek din me khatam hojata hai pure rajesthan me rijevesans walo ko local yatri utha dete hai titi se sikayat krne Ke bad bhi unka Kuchh nahi hota hai

Train is before time that is good about it but worst thing it stops at each and every small station bcoz if which in reserved coaches local passengers came in and occupied our reserved seats and in this Ticket checker also allowed him to check in reserved coaches. that i hate about it and my simplequestion is that if our any valuable things were stolen or lost then who will be responsible for that?
so, i adviced to all passenger please forward this issue to Indian railways so we can make our railways the best in the world.
