very poor food quality served in train.Request you to provide the pantry in this train as it travels almost 32 hour with loaded passengers.

worst experience one can have in this train by mistake tools sleeper class which is almost equal to general compartment. don't know why the officials are doing and Railway police is not at all available in the train

Their is no difference between reservation and general, general person sitting in my reservation without any permission and ticket from starting to till last stop

worst experience ever, Speed was very slow. food was pathetic looting every public, taking full amount and giving half seat in the name of RAC. north-west train facilities and speed far far better than south-east railways. Doesn't deserve 1 star also. giving samosas in news paper, In briyani some kind of string were there. 2 passengers were complaining. What you will do with the photos, First improve the service. TT's were not wearing uniforms but taking so much money from passengers in the name of challans. Train was like local train, anyone will come and seat. workers they will clean the train once that too anvy for showing purpose and then ask for money by saying chai pani...

The Air conditioning is not properly adjusted. It is too cool and most of the passengers suffered and the attender doesnot know how to reduce. The staff meant for the same is not available. Poor status. Need to improve the facilities.

TT is Not Responsible For Seats All etc.., And Passengers also not Responsoble , should Maintain Strict Rules And Regulations.

No proper security at all at night. Reserved seats are being forcefully occupied by local people. Even they lie on the passage.

there are no charging point to charge phone? its 2018 man every one have a smartphone the all have need to charge at list one in 26 hour so please update the coach!

wrost punctuality.... no railway food in train no pantry....bathroom are unhygienic.... in sleeper if seat is 72 but passengers are 150 excluding rac
