The condition of the train is very bad, too many unnecessary people board it. It seems that whichever coach you travel in, it is general. In the general, people board in such a manner that they do not care about their life. I was travelling in it, a girl's phone got stolen but nobody took any action. The train runs, people do not care where to throw the garbage. The bathroom is so dirty, can't you think what is there in the bathroom? If you travel in this train, you will have to take care of yourself and your stuff. It will seem like this if your attention goes away and mishaps occur. The staff in the coaches also do not have manners. Unnecessary food vendors sit in the stand as if they were at home. You cannot sit peacefully for 5 minutes. So many food vendors come to your coaches. The government should pay attention to this.

साफ़ सफ़ाई ट्रेन में बिल्कुल नहीं होता है दुनिया का सबसे गंदगी इसी ट्रेन में होती है जैसे हटिया से ट्रेन आती है बिल्कुल वैसे गंदगी लेकर जाती है भारतीय railway को ध्यान देना चाहिए

mera paisa cut gya tha aur ticket v automatic cancil ho gya tha.aur railway ke taraf se mujhe surf 20rupees hi refund kiya gya.
aesa kyu kiya irctc ne mujhe full refund chahiye 120 rupees
aur irctc helpline me v iska refund ka option nhi bta raha.
ye lekr mere sath 3-4 bar aesa ho chuka hai.Agar railway aesi harkat karegi to hm jaise student ka kya hoga?mujhe iss message ka reply chahiye

Very bad experience mirror are not clean properly facing problem to look outside washroom are dirty or most important thing unknown password in coach around 20 peoples

All general ticket holders are coming to sleeper class seated and sleeping are reserved berths , they're not respect sleeper passengers,no TTE coming, Form Patna to Gaya journey.

bhut bhakar experience rahe hai iss train ka na .... reservation ke jagah sb local log baith rahe the reservation hm sb karva kar Gaye baithane ka seat Na Mila ...... it is worst in the world 🥹
