While paying Express train fare from CRJ to PNBE service is getting like a passanger train. No any Rly assistant to assist the passangers of reserved coaches. All berths are occupied by local and unauthorised travellers. Its totally voilating the rights of a Reserved passanger. Railway should not cheat the people like this.

Don't take reservation in this train from jasidih to patna in sleeper class.its a wastage of money because all general passengers will board in sleeper class n u have to travel like a general passenger though u have a reservation ticket.it's a Dame wastage of money.it's a bitter experience for me to travel in this train
