Charging board kaam nahi kar raha tha. Aas-paas ke log coffee peeke wahin plastic kachra phek rahe the, jisse coach ganda lag raha tha. Ek passenger ne sone ke liye mujhse jabardasti seat exchange karwa li. Baar-baar log bina puche meri seat par aakar baith ja rahe the, koi proper control nahi tha. Train bahut slow chal rahi thi aur apne destination par time par nahi pahunchi. Overall experience kaafi uncomfortable raha

Truely speaking, there was no catering in that train. And food served from outside was so so. The latrine was horrible to get in.

The pillow covers were dirty and not washed. On asking the attendant, he told that he has got it like this and I checked with his total pillows available and all were dirty. It was shown to the TTE AND HE TOLD THAT YOU CAN MAKE A COMPLAIN AND HE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING.
Kindly look into the matter and oblige.

I personally believe that there is always some scope for change and development ..Just make this more ease for the passengers
