please make sure the bedsheets supplied are properly washed. they are just folding the used ones and packing it. the dirt of previous usage are clearly visible

worst train....worst bathrooms....no cleaning... looks like septic tank. public toilets are much better than railway's toilets.

General ticket holders are getting into second seating which is very problematic to second seating ticket holders.

Pillow covers issued old Nd not washed. While boarding train my seat I found a used mask kept on the pillow less hygienic

No Pantry in the train and it is not punctual it was late by 2 hours and did not have western toilets.cleanliness is also not upto the mark.

There was no securit personnel,all unreserved passengers took reservation compartment,TT not attended for long time ...,not proper sanitary ,no water in bathrooms,all unreserved passengers blocking the passage to toilets,
