coach no s-2 toilet tap got damaged and water is leaking so please replace....clean the coach and toilets at least in solapur .....after the train has already covered the distance of 1100 km and 24 hrs


train no.18519 Visakhapatnam to Lokamanya tilak, Mumbai station, coach no.S4 bearth no 69's toilets in very bad, no water inside toilets or out side Wash basin. horrible facilities of toilets, why it is not checked ?


I think apartment has to take some measures to prevent unreserved passengers in the passage in the reserved seats and there was no water from lingampally till Solapur just imagine 8 hours 6 hours journey without water how the Bollywood of stink I raised a complaint regarding this I got a call stating that in vadi they don't have facility of filling the water it has to be refilled in Solapur just imagine the condition of the travellers and on train they beggers who were little dirty I don't know how come there to travel in this trains how they get in when we refuse to give them or support them their abusers and their life


Cleanliness ok where as punctuality is very bad, No Pantry, we depend on home food only nothing is available on train no one is genie n will approach us.All fake vendors will serve with high rates and poor quality food items, They will enter the train with bribing some one in railways No body stop them .


Train application of Confirmtkt is wrong showing application. Kindly do corrections as soon as possible otherwise it will be trouble for the trains and passengers and humanity. Train showing Panvel-Vashi-chembur line but it's comes from central line Kalyan-Thane-Ghatkopar. Pune to direct LTT is not good want a stop between them and Kalyan Junction is the best stop for all passengers.


Indian Railways are dreaming to become one of the world class but the work towards the cleanliness and punctuality is still at large way. May be another 20 yrs is needed to get some good shape. Worst coaches cleanliness, bathrooms sticking like anything. I Shud have taken pics to upload, I will do it next time


No train Quality, Not on Time, No water supply in wash basin S-5 coach, Unreserve Tickets, General Tickets are boarding Reserved Coach. What is the difference between Reservations ticket holders and Unreserved ticket, General Tickets all travelling in same coach


Train timings from Secunderabad was 1 pm afternoon but despite of i was waited for 8 hours and lastly i on boarded at 8.30pm night which is not very disappointing experience and my family members as well disappointed.


It was desperate Journey. Train was 11 hrs late even after departure at LTT on time. Indian Railways should give priority for long distance trains which do not have pantry car.


We have travelled in third AC and it is nothing short of an unreserved compartment. TTE is not be seen after the initial verification and all the people have entered and passengers who have booked tickets also were travelling with huge baggage


please provide pantry in this train. line man behavior is very bad, because of S7 37 light switch is not working and light is directly on. I told him to rectify that problem, but he was irresponsible answer and behavior.


No pantry is available....very bad that small babies suffer for want of milk.. Cleanliness is at aside which is not bothered by the Railway staff.. No water in washbasin throughout the journey...despite these issues the journey was comfortable....
