As per Railway tickets taking that type of facilities not giving.
washroom never clean & water not available sometimes. Foods facility is also worst .
Box upside written wada & getting Thick dosa type of thing.Roti sabji written & inside getting roti and sambhar. Price also much high normal breakfast 60rs & food for 150 rs what is this much looting the Indian Railways from their Passengers. On the Platform all things are selling more than MRP price. Biscuits,Chips,Butter Milk,Badam milk ,water also. Wake up Indian Railway Wake up .

given a complaint regarding ac he brought thermometer God knows abt 22.5 but still it was sweating like a hell no blower can reach the level I told him to make it little more less even when ghatkopar vikroli came it was smelling so dirty can't even breathe in ac how can a smell from outside can come inside I travel many times but this train needs to improve a lot no water in toilet leave the tissues not even the hand wash was there this train needs to be declare genaral or sleeper class in ac no nothing works properly no cleanliness all plastic empty bottles every where we travel from same train no was 20 last vskpatnam exp from. ltt his ac was little good as compared to this but this train needs to be declare as 3rd class general no 3ac

worst time punctuality. 2hrs delayed at Secunderabad and kept crossing at wadi for 20-25minutes given signal behind trains. I am missing a train from dadar to Surat PNR-8901030794

RAC not confirmed.
Only one house keeping person was working honestly others seen in mobile or resting. Dust bin were sealed and toilets are not clean up to the mark.
T C were kept on promising of confirmation at Solapur one T C told the real problem.

side upper and lower seats very congested,no charging point in both side lower and upper seats,only 18 inches seats,lower and upper 24 inches but same cost in both,in toilets no tissue rools,not working in cleening tap,too worst in side lower and upper seats, food we are ordering.,..

I think apartment has to take some measures to prevent unreserved passengers in the passage in the reserved seats and there was no water from lingampally till Solapur just imagine 8 hours 6 hours journey without water how the Bollywood of stink I raised a complaint regarding this I got a call stating that in vadi they don't have facility of filling the water it has to be refilled in Solapur just imagine the condition of the travellers and on train they beggers who were little dirty I don't know how come there to travel in this trains how they get in when we refuse to give them or support them their abusers and their life

Cleanliness ok where as punctuality is very bad, No Pantry, we depend on home food only nothing is available on train no one is genie n will approach us.All fake vendors will serve with high rates and poor quality food items, They will enter the train with bribing some one in railways No body stop them .

Indian Railways are dreaming to become one of the world class but the work towards the cleanliness and punctuality is still at large way. May be another 20 yrs is needed to get some good shape. Worst coaches cleanliness, bathrooms sticking like anything. I Shud have taken pics to upload, I will do it next time

No train Quality, Not on Time, No water supply in wash basin S-5 coach, Unreserve Tickets, General Tickets are boarding Reserved Coach. What is the difference between Reservations ticket holders and Unreserved ticket, General Tickets all travelling in same coach

We have travelled in third AC and it is nothing short of an unreserved compartment. TTE is not be seen after the initial verification and all the people have entered and passengers who have booked tickets also were travelling with huge baggage

No pantry is available....very bad that small babies suffer for want of milk.. Cleanliness is at aside which is not bothered by the Railway staff.. No water in washbasin throughout the journey...despite these issues the journey was comfortable....
