In B2, no fresh pillow covers were provided. The attendant said that he has not been given fresh pillow covers, hence he will give used one only. No water in toilet of the coach from Katni.The attendant behavior is very rude. TTE also didn't take care.

Too little quantity food for such a high price.food quality below average.general cleanliness especially toilets really pathetic.Seems blankets have not been washed for decades.Very bad experience

I have been traveling in train for so many years but have never seen such a degredation of service.Noone came for cleaning.Toilets were in their worst condition.Catering service was worst.They were asking the rates of the food whatever they liked.One of my worst travel experience ever

That train punctuality is not good, it's very bad experience. Train timming is not good & the availibilty of seats is very poor.

They are doing overcharging in every food item eg. They are asking rs 10 for tea instead of rs 7 and for bread cutlet breakfast also they are selling it at rs 50 instead of rs 30. So it is requested to control the pantry car charges as per the rules. Also they are not providing soap at 3rd ac
