Made so many efforts calling customer care often to make the toilet clean.no water from vijayawada after so many calls water arranged at vizag.we traveled in s 11 and unreserved door was not able to close and all trespassers occupied all the way and not able to sleep even after calling 182.138 many times there is no response. Am going to file a case in consumer court.

Food items in The train is so poor and unhealthy

one of the worst train, there was no water in the restrooms. cockroaches and rats on the berths. the AC wasn't working properly. the quality of a 3rd AC coach was like a sleeper coach. on the whole unhygienic train I have ever travelled in.
