बहुत बेकार ट्रैन है 10 घंटे लेट पहुंची रेलवे को इस ओर ध्यान देना चाहिए ट्रैन मे साफ सफाई नहीं थी ये दुनिया की सबसे गन्दी ट्रैन है ac डिब्बे काफ़ी बुरी हालात मे है इन्हे जल्दी बदलना चाहिऐ

0 star, bekar train hai.. actually aisa hai ki agar ab rail mantri ne bhi free me 1st class ticket diya na to bhi travel nai karunga, agar is train me main thuk bhi du na to meri beijjati ho jayegi, 3rd AC Ka ticket tha and salo ne raigarh ke aage se hi train divert kar diya, matlb double paisa dekar bhi dusre train me khade hokar raat bhar travel karna pada, sale sab ke sab chor hai khali lut machai hui hai in kamino ne

Teri aisi ki taisi MC saalo tickets conformation ka Bas dikhate Bas Ho agar conform karna hi nahi hota hai to kam se Kam one day Pahle hi de cancelled kar diya Karo tum logo ke chakkar mai kitna Sara plan barbad ho jata hai

food must be improved in every Indian Railways,
pantry workers don't know how to make paneer, they just poured raw panner in separate gravy.
they didn't even fry paneer.
Also most IMP price is very high they are charging for a thali,snacks (e.g poha,uttapam,idli)
it is not feasible for average Indians.
why should they pay charges for worst quality food.
That's why most ppl bring their own meal from home cuz of taste & quality issue.

This is a very bad and poor train. There is no cleanliness. I don't know when the trains in our country will run according to their timetable??
They should go abroad and learn everything. There is fag (in winter time) there as well

this is the saddest experience I have ever experienced. 1st class cabin i booked now thinking the SL coach is just equivalent to this, only good experience that AC is working properly.

No one is getting any kind of help in this train, even tried to contact 139 repeatedly but no contact could be made, after checking the tte ticket in this train, they do not care about the inconvenience caused to the passenger. Travel in this train wisely

None of the toilet flush system was working from Delhi and all toilets were flooded and blocked. Window was also jammed beside the berth and no one could open it. 40 hours of journey was extremely hectic.

Reservation coach is not safety any one come to the reservation coach and sitting any one seat TTE not look at the matter & Housekeeping & toilet is not proper cleaning light & mobile charger point is not working wash basin is broken...

they are not providing proper service water is not coming in bathroom flush is choked smell is regularly coming in 2ac coaches just think of other coaches.
please Railway Ministry look into the matter and don't spoil the name of our prime minister.

food quality was unhigenic rail neer not provided though stock available. next time air journey preferred. staff took RS. 20 for local unbranded water bottle. RS. 5/- not returned even after demand. dishonest behaviour. disgusting. uncontrollable even after 3 yrs. of sushashan.

Cleanliness was poor no staff members came in between the journey and my seat s6 47 had a non working damaged charging point though I complained the matter to tt but he didn't took it seriously.punctuality was awesome.
