Train quality is below as expected. Toilets are not clean. It's an old train so I can get that. But still things should be changed as per new Train standards and facility.

train is 6 hours late. no proper food. toilet is also very dirty and there is no one to listen to the complaint

Train is smelling too bad and toilets are so dirty, train was 10 minutes delayed, food was ok and was served untill mid night

Train compartment is very poor S/11. toilet is very dirty. it is very long root train but charging point not available in this compartment S11.

time taken by train from allahaba to Jammu is written 26 hour where as it taken more than 31 hours

they charged rs10 for half cup of tea without biscuits. they don't have fear from railway, they told me.
