first of all old coach make its very much uncomfortable to travel plus 2 of my phone got stolen near Bhopal that so In 3rd AC coaches this is the condition in this train avoid traveling in this train

the train was delayed near katni by more than an hour, frustrating passengers. it is being delayed by two hours. we didn't took train food hence rating only one

the train was around 3.30 hours late and i am so disappointed with it,

Train was too irritating, every local ticket passenger caught sleeper coach, sleep any reserved seat, any TTI isn't available @ midnight to assure the reserve seat to the right passanger. I faced that things to travel between Bilaspur to ujjain.

literally too bad experience with narmada because their time will be on jabalpur platform is 8:40 almost 9 o clock and mostly delayed it's train will be something 1 and half hour ya may be 2 hour but this train will be late totally 5-6 hour around mai ghar paidal aaya hu auto tak nahi mili raat me isse ganda train jo time me na pahuchaye aise me to sala train hi band ho jaani chahiye dimag kharab

better than 18233, but still cleaning needs improvement, water was not there in B1 at umariya, the bedrolls quality very poor, blankets are not worth being called blankets in this cold weather

The engine of the train should be checked regularly so that the passengers do not get troubled if the power fails and somehow the train will run for 6 hours then what will happen then the railway team needs to think that it will run for 1 hour and then it will run for 5-6 hours.essliye rating khrab dunga

Train no 19489 & 19490 are very dirty, always late for more than 5/6 hours and third class category train. Plz take up the matter with the concern, and make it punctual n clean. Toilets are very dirty with non-working flush n tumblers are missing. In S/1 Near door there were huge luggage of various boxes, due to that door could not be opened. People with general tickets are always travel in reserved sleeping coaches and harrass the passengers having reservations. Very low quality of tea in less quantity and not as per Railways parameter

very uncomfortable and dirty toilet. it's like toilets never cleaned when train started from first time in his history. shame on you guys how you guys works.

in my journey huge people of local unsocial element traveling i sleeper class without ticket and teasing woman but no any come when i complain for this.

punctuality:- 10/10 even their is alot of train in bhopal itarsi route and jabalpur... this train late only 10-15 min
cleaning services:- 10/10 there is regular cleaning interval team who clean bathrooms and even coach too...
(# first train i ever. saw with fire extinguisher fitted on it#)...
