Worst position of train ...we have reserved seats but we were not able to get our seats... Waiting list passengers were sitting on our seats and they were lying on the paths of the train compartment. TT did not take any action and even he didn't check tickets of waiting list passengers. For 4 seats there were 12 passengers and there was lot of fight in the train. Please issue limited tickets ,this makes passengers uncomfortable. As we are paying we must get our comfort.

They didn't inform us that the train doesn't come to Amritsar and it had been changed to jalanther cant.we suffered a lot.i will take a serious action on it.
