The windows of the train were very dirty and people could not look out of it. But service was okay. And the train reached before time at Kanpur Central from Suraimanpur.

here must be a option of zero star also ....
I m waiting at my station and my train is late near by 4 hour ......no body knows how many it extended ....regarding food .....I have not taken food on train .
