very bad experience request you all please do not travel in this train every sleeper coach ans genaral coach same,during traveling time we can't use toilet not only booking seat also 😰

The food quality is the worst. We were inside the train for 33 hours and we had 2 times lunch and one time lunch which they served the same food. Besides that bathrooms are also the dirtiest.

toilet cleaning is the worst and bad smell, we are in 2AC, buy closely General compartments and they're entering toilets, tea, coffee, food sellers also opened 2AC Grill gate always and they are not bothered our complaints pls take actions tanq very much ji,

it's no like SL CLASS, IT LIKE GENERAL COMPARTMENT, EACH SEAT SIX SEVEN PEOPLE ARE SITTING, I DONT KNOW TC ARE ALLOCATING, SLEEPING ON FLOORS AND TWO AT ONE SEAT...I AM VERY SUPRISED EARLY MORING HOURS SELLING GUTKA IN TRAIN MADE ME DISAPPOINTED PERSONS ARE SPITING EVERYWHERE BEACUSE OF TOO MUCH CROWD BATHROOMS ARE SELLING AND NOT HYGIENIC FEELING SOON I GET TYPHOID OR MALERIA...HOPE SO IT WILL RECTIFY I didn't take photos before which was worst but I have taken photos what ever I can

not clean & train running very slow every time chakkardharpur division red signal in this train stop but mall gadi pass not stop so huge problems in this passenger to journey of tatanagar to Asansol and patna

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the extremely poor service on the train, specifically in Coach S3. Despite having over 150 passengers, the coach was not properly maintained. The toilets were filthy and had no water supply, making it difficult for passengers to use them. Furthermore, the behavior of the TTR (Traveling Ticket Examiner) was unacceptable and added to the misery of the passengers. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and improve the overall service provided by Indian Railways.

Food order not delivered even full amount paid. We are very depressed. Even I complained, but after 2. 30 it shows food already delivered. we don't know whom to delivered. We faced so embracing situation regarding. I want to approach consumer forum in this regard. Amount also not refunded till now. Further all my efforts for complaint is wasted & notfruitful. I wondered how these caterers are irresponsible?? please help me in this regard. my contact no: 7013468509

train quality is little bit ok but punctuality is very very poor, passengers are very unhappy due to 4-5 hours delay. Reaching from Sini station to Tata Nagar junction (16 to 20 km) takes more than 2-3 hours. preference given to goods and local train. It should be improved. Please look into the matter seriously. Thanks regards

b1 coach is very old and it is noisy. the aircondition did not function and I soite of reporting to the and the technician no efforts done to improve. train is humongouslu delayed by around 2 hrs. Food is not good so ordered from outside. thanks to irctc external support

worst train to travel. No water in toilet from palakkad till Chennai. If this is the case 2nd AC what could be the situation in SL CLASS. Hope the railway minister look in to this and help public for better travel experience please

lack of hygine and poor quality of service.specially those who are having duty for giving blankets and bedsheets etc they are punctual at their job.make it correct sir .so then pessengers automatically give you full star mark.

it's not a train there is a jungle and a market inside of it and I'm not sure how I survived this this journey, I'm sure for one family of 4 or 5 members only one person is taking a valid ticket and others are just there to occupy reserved seats of others,it's total mess inside and it can't get worse than this.
