Cleaning was not good and also coach maintenance was not appropriate. punctuality was bad after enter in ckp division.

I did not book the ticket for 19 feb instead i booked for 19 march but
Your app has reserved the ticket on diffrent daye
When i m going tong to chapra on 6 march then how would i return in feb

no catering, the food purchased from Barauni jn is worst.please pack your own food or biscuit etc. avoid canteen.

This app is nice. But the train punctuality is worst. It is delayed intensionally and regularly. Also RAC system after charting is bad.

worst experience ever...train got late almost 12 hrs...there was no water and light in the compartment...totally annoyed...will think twice while boarding next time.

One of the worst train. It takes 15 hours for a journey of 520 KM. Normally it reaches late by 2-3 hours daily. Journey Time to be reduced at least by 3 hour. Extend train to Gorakhpur and make it a Superfast.
