worst experience of travel. The train started one and a half hours late from Nagpur Itwari stn from the scheduled time. It was running 5 hours late. This is an alarming situation. No punctuality, no quality, Toilets are pathetic and the coaches are old. Indian Railways shame shame. It's better to travel by Bus.
