V Bogus Railway Service The train was only 5 hours late it's nothing for railway authorities.The rly staff gets salary railway authorities get tickets payment with GST in advance.They have nothing to do with the passenger feeling or his planning to reach in time.

I never seen this type of dirty train 3 hrs late I didn't get comfortable like other train in 2AC on toilet has no water both the Indian style toilet available AC temperature not constant very bad experience I didn't order food so I can't say anything about food

The condition of all the coaches of the train was very bad, third class coaches are installed in this train, this train runs late by three to five hours every day, there is no catering arrangement in this train.

Train is delayed by 12 Hours causing immense Issues to passangers with extending stays, missing thier important events ,money. Do Indian Railways really concern of People or they will issue same pathetic service .

train is good ..but washroom wos not clean properly ..totetely wasw all time wos very dirty ..I have order fish thali and I wos test the food totely poor quality food ...rice wos noor cock properly ..dal and vazi liquet type ..fish wos very smell and totely row my rupis 150 rupis totely west of money ...I never travel this train ...

Travelled in 2A but the cleanliness of toilet is very bad. Tap quality of toilet is also horrible, if you press tap then you have to take shower. Flush is not working properly too. There is running water in toilet floor. No charging socket for SL & SU berth.

One of the worst train over the Mumbai - Howrah route, which is deliberately made late by zones. Lots of unauthorised passengers & eunuchs onboard extract money & TTE never bothers to deboard them. No Pantry car so authorised vendors overcharge passengers, so carry home food or order online

Train is usually punctual,but today it was so late that the other trains were allowed to pass this train.This train was treated like ordinary local passenger train.The cleanliness of this train is the worst in any class of travel.Raiway authority treats this train as if all the passengers are traveling in this train are not paying money to buy tickets.I request Our hon Rail Minister to travel in this train only for short distance so he will realize the condition of this train in real.

very very thif train and all passenger r cheep and thif RPF police and TT both r not doing duty propley general passengers r jorney in 2nd class sleeper wht is this TT coming bt he r not check her to ticket I m not satisfied my bag r missing in jorney I not like this rout it's more more more beter in south eastern rout and south rpF all so good and duty proply and TT all so doing duty proply without ID proof u not jorney in train I like it I m satisfied this south eastern rout bt Howrah rout it's very very very bad fuck it

Good quqlity food not available in this route. Chitter is very much available inside LTT station....for blackmailing to the passenger's..no security entire station and platform premises...please help the passengers.
